" Lets go for something completely different this time, how about a good old fashioned 'IRISH NIGHT' an evening full of live music- jigs, reels, shanties & merriment plus some' spectacular Irish Dancers' !! Come on down to The Drill Hall, Chepstow on Saturday March 16th to celebrate St Patricks Day ! You don't need to go to Ireland , let us bring the luck of the Irish to you !! "

THE CIDER HOUSE COLLECTIVE

The Cider House Collective are an eclectic group of friends who join together to make music in a variety of folk traditions. The Chepstow Irish Night is an opportunity for them to crack open a range of well-known tunes from the Emerald Isle. Sit back, relax or sing along with your favourites.

THE SHAUGHNESSY BROTHERS

The Shaughnessy Brothers are a group of seasoned musicians who play foot stamping and toe tapping Irish jigs, reels, and hornpipes. Their line-up is fiddle, accordion, bodhran, guitar and bass. When they play together, they make a big, exciting sound that creates a great, authentic atmosphere and vibe. The Shaughnessy Brothers are perfect for getting everyone in a party mood with familiar and well-loved Irish tunes, such as The Wild Rover, Dirty Old Town, Whiskey in the Jar, the Irish Washerwoman, Mason’s Apron, Danny Boy and many, many more.

Horizon Irish Dancers are a vibrant Irish Dance performance group based in Bristol, UK.

Their engaging performances feature traditional style Irish dancing with a contemporary twist, set to lively, foot-tapping music. The energetic style of dancing creates a great atmosphere that is perfect for any Irish occasion. 

Our experienced Irish Dancers perform exciting choreography to uplift and inspire audiences, imparting our passion and enthusiasm for this beautiful art form.
